Non-disclosure agreements

A non-disclosure agreement is critical in protecting a business owners ideas, processes, leads, clients, and other information specific to the individual business. A non-disclosure agreement restricts the ability of any employee, customer, vendor, or other third party whom does business for or with a company to spread information about how the company does  business. A well drafted non-disclosure agreement includes restrictions on the parties ability to share information regarding current customers, marketing plans, intellectual property, and processes. These documents are critical in helping a business prevent any of their ideas or clients from being stolen and copied.
